Better to give up the blog than to give up the workout. Priorities. Nonetheless good to have you back. Now that everything is second nature it is time to dial up the intensity a notch and really hit the weights, do some realy intense intervals, drink lots of water, cut salt out of the diet and get ripped for the pictures. Looking forward to seeing the final outcome of three months. You have made huge improvements! Good work.

Welcome back. Good to have you back. Can't wait to see you hit the gym hard and make some amazing changes. Remember this is the last month before picture time and who knows if you make a big difference you may win a million bucks.

Welcome back to the gym! Sorry to hear that you were sick. I bet many would say that the (unwanted!) rest will do you good, much like a cheat day on the diet keeps the motivation strong.

In what way is morning weight is deceptive? I weigh every morning after the whiz. I would think that as long as we're weighing at the same time of day each time, it's good data.

All the best!

Just get into that gym and do what you can. Don't let yourself get frustrated because you can't push as much or becasue you are really tired. Just get in thier and push your way through the workout. At the end you'll be happy you did that rather than lay in bed for another day. Good luck and remember a strong body and helathy eating is the best way to defeat the virus. Take care.

"Told me off" is such a harsh statement I prefer to call it active persuasion. My 1 year old has been keeping me up this week. She had that head cold but it came with a nasty flu as well. So we were stuffing her full of drugs (advil) and actively cooling her. Because of this I missed 2 cardio sessions. Nonetheless I weighted myself the other day and I was down to 186 so I am down 10 pounds (damn you're beating me by a pound). Music today at the gym was dancy sith Bionca, etc.
