Intensity

Just finished Mark Twight’s notes on working out. He has alot of good ideas that I am going to adopt. I will move from single muscle exercises to more compound movements. This should make for a better whole body workout, but will take some time to transition to. I look forward to a much higher intensity level this coming week.

I have severly cut back on my calories and it showed today. One mile into my run on the treadmill and I died. I had to cut back to 2 min interval run/walk to get to 20 mins of cardio. I am going to up my carbs in the morning and increase my total calories by about 10-15%. I want to keep cutting weight so I will ramp up the intensity on the weights. Hopefully I will be able to last longer than I did today.
