i’m hoping that anyone, that checks out my bodyspace, can give me advice on how to keep motivated, what are the best way’s to keep your eye on the goal?

I think you are amazing. I have lost 65 pounds and kept it off for 8 years now. I walk 4 days a week but I really need to tone my body up. My stomache looks just like yours did. How did you do it and how long did it take.? I just purchased a weight bench about a week ago but I don’t know exactly what to do to get my problem areas. I have had the weight bench for a week and I try to do as many of each excercise that I can do. My stomache is my worst area I am very ashamed of it and keep it covered. If you have any advice please email me. Thanks
