OK, so I haven’t kept up with a daily blog… business has kept me busy, what can I say…  basically the daily routine hasn’t changed much, although this past month, had too many birthdays, celebrations, weddings, etc. so too much drinking.  I know that was bad, so from now until December, my goal is to continue to improve on my strength and cardio/weight loss routines/goals, eat healthy (refrain from eating out), and to limit adult beverages to only days of SuperBowl Colts game days and a couple poker outings.

This is the start of my daily log.  My plan is to post everything I do so I can be honest with myself and not allow cheating (well, not too often).  This supposed to help me achieve goals faster.

Workout - Today, I’ll work on legs and shoulders followed by 60 minutes of cardio. 

Nutrition - 2 protein shakes w/Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold,  Nutrisystem breakfast (breakfast bar), lunch (chili) and dinner loaded with proportionate carbs, fat, and protein (if Dan Marino can do it, so can I). Strawberries and brocoli added. 1 can of tuna added.  1 glass of Milk. 8-10 glasses of water.

Supplements - 4 Nitrix tablets 3 times, 2 Lipo-6 tablets twice, 2 Flaxseed softgel tablets, animal pak after lunch and animal stack 30 minutes prior to workout with NO-Explode; Cellmass drink post workout and then protein shake 60 minutes after workout.
