New Workout

November 3, 2009

I started the new "Lean Machine" workout that is in the November Men’s Health. Yesterday was my first day not to sore but I used lighter weight just to get a feel for the routine. It is a 3-day workout per week. So on tuesdays and thursday I am going to just do abs and cardio. Will keep everyone posted!

Here we go

The outdoor pool where I work has finally closed and I
can have more time to stay in the gym. I am really excited. Working on being the best I can be and for me you can always

This past week…

This has been a prettygoodweek I got into the gym alot and got pretty sore. I am still trying to find my pattern and stick with it but I think I got most of it worked out now so I should be set.

Getting a run in today… not much else I can do I have been in class from 9-3:30 and have to be at work at 5-10. But Thursday is my last day at one of my Jobs so I will be able to have more time to get to the gym.
