			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>well it&#8217;s been a few months since i have been on here <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  haven&#8217;t done much exercise wise but have been trying to maintain a healthy diet, for the most part I&#8217;m winning there (Y)</p>
<p>I watched a program the other day there about dieting and peoples life which  put a spark back in me to  get to where i want to be. So for the last 4 days i have been working hard at the exercise, drinking water and even harder at the diet. I want to be able to fit back in to my size 10&#8217;s for xmas partiiesss <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> )))

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I thought the more weight you loss the easier it will become to keep at it but alas i find i am getting mighty bored of it. I have done praticaly nothing since Thursday except perhaps for eating to much junk food! My boyfriend went shopping and brought home a box full of chocolate pastry cakes. So far i have managed to stop at eating only half the box <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> (  i blame him, i mean he should know better! Next time he is cutting out carbs i shall do the same to him.</p>
<p>I need some new motivation, new exercises a new more supporting boyfriend&#8230; lol. i best stop there i am sure he will come on and see this, sorry my hunnybunch <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Oh well perhaps i shall go for a cycle or just go eat some more pastry cakes &#8230;
