Good to see that you've been maintaining a healthy diet.  Good for you!  

Also glad to see that the spark is back!  There's no shame in losing some of your motivation sometimes, it happens to all of us!  You just need to get that spark back, anyway that you can get it.

Looks as though you've found your spark, and you're hitting it again!  Hang in there and believe in yourself.  You'll reach your Christmas goals!

					<description>It's been a while since you'd written this blog.. but I hope you chose the cycling  :)

I've only been working out for 5 weeks now, so I haven't  yet reached that plateau that people say you reach.. where you get bored and your progress seems to level out.   Sounds like this is what you're going through.

I just wanted to encourage you to keep on with it; and change up your routine for variation.  That will shock your muscles into new growth, and may also stimulate your desire to continue!
