Loosing the will
I thought the more weight you loss the easier it will become to keep at it but alas i find i am getting mighty bored of it. I have done praticaly nothing since Thursday except perhaps for eating to much junk food! My boyfriend went shopping and brought home a box full of chocolate pastry cakes. So far i have managed to stop at eating only half the box
( i blame him, i mean he should know better! Next time he is cutting out carbs i shall do the same to him.
I need some new motivation, new exercises a new more supporting boyfriend… lol. i best stop there i am sure he will come on and see this, sorry my hunnybunch
Oh well perhaps i shall go for a cycle or just go eat some more pastry cakes …

It’s been a while since you’d written this blog.. but I hope you chose the cycling
I’ve only been working out for 5 weeks now, so I haven’t yet reached that plateau that people say you reach.. where you get bored and your progress seems to level out. Sounds like this is what you’re going through.
I just wanted to encourage you to keep on with it; and change up your routine for variation. That will shock your muscles into new growth, and may also stimulate your desire to continue!
