Decided to take a week off from lifting - the first since I started- to allow my body to recover completely. It’s going to be hard - I love going to the gym - but hopefully I’ll come back refreshed and ready to increase my lifts.

I know what you mean about it being hard. I have finally come to terms with the fact that my shoulder demands that I take some time off. Today is only day one and it sucks! Just think how good that first day back is going to feel for you!
It can definitely be hard to take a week off from working out. I did it recently, and although it was tough, I ended up having a surge in progress right after. Amazing abs by the way!

You won’t lose much as toned as you are. I wish I could afford to take a week off and still look as ripped as you. Good luck and enjoy the time off!
