Lately been having trouble eating enough calories as I’ve not had much appetite. So I’ve decided to start cardio and lower my calories for a few weeks in order to lose a bit of fat.

wow well your ripped, and be glad you don’t have an appetite in cutting because i have a huge appetite and it sucks. Goodluck
