					<description>I'm not sure if I'm right but you might not be eating enough.  You'd have to plug it all in to a calorie site like www.fitday.com to officially figure it out but you may need to eat more?</description>

					<description>I go back and forth, I use something I stole from body for life where you start at about a five (resistance level) for 2 minutes, then you increase every minute for three minutes to about a 9 in intensity then back to a 7 and on last one I go to a 10 for last minute with a 2 mon cool down.

I also just do a steady 25 minutes at about an 8 in resistance just about fast enough where you could still hold a conversation. I usually just keep the bike at 100 rpm's on each intensity level and it seems to work for me. I've lost 15 lbs since after new years with just the cardio 7 days a week and weights MWF afternoons and doing the lo carb thing. Either way should yield results but the main thing is to be consistant and mind what you eat. Hope this helps.</description>
