New to this!!
Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008I’m pretty new to all this,I had to give up playing rugby through injury and spent 2 yrs pretty much doing hardly any structured exercise apart from the odd trip to the gym and run.As i thought there was no point.
I have now laid down the challenge of getting back in shape but more on the body building side of things ,i have thought of this for a while and decided to get stuck in.
but am in the need of a bit of guidence as in the nutrition and mental prep as well as workout ideas,as i am sure alot of these will be different compared to rugby training and eating.
would be very gratefull for any help or ideas
