Universal Animal Cuts Day 2

Wow! So far I love this stuff!!!! I feel great! I have plenty of energy without feeling like I’m overloaded! I have had awesome workouts! I get alot more exercises done in less time!! Suprisingly enough I can actually go a little heavier on a few sets!! I don’t have any negative comments so far! Most everyone talks about how many pills it is but I just toss them all in my mouth at once and they’re gone. Lol! Although it does state that it depresses your appitite I feel like I’m hungry constantly!!!!! Ha Ha Ha!

Today I did legs and I felt so amazing… as if I was doing cardio! Lol! I was sweating like crazy and my heart was racing but in a good way!!

Not really sure what else to say on here never been a blogger lol so until next time….

Universal Animal Cuts

I received my Universal Animal Cuts today!!! I will start tomorrow morning! I am so excited to see results! I really hope it works well!!! :) So I’ve decieded to keep track of my progress, thoughts, likes and dislikes in here. Anyone out there with pointers or opinions is welcome to share!!!! :)

Poor Dog!

Ok so I get up on Friday wanting to run again…. get the dog ready thinking "take the dog (whippit-who is bred to run) he’ll be great motivation to make you run further than you thought you could." So we get in  the car and drive to the dam. Start off walking to warm up a little of course… then hey lets run we get less than 1/4 a mile and he is slacking behind me pulling  on the leash. So I start walking to give him a break… then try again maybe an 1/8 of a mile this time… keep trying going ok little runs here and there but no long distances lol… then turn around to head back this is when it is so pittiful we had to stop completely I was afraid I was gonna give him a heart attack!!! He was trting so hard to keep up and I was just walking… by the end of the 3 miles I was pretty much dragging him to the car! Soon as we got home he collapsed exausted on the floor! I felt so bad! Of course he’s just fine now but I doubt he’ll ever want to go anywhere with me again. But then again I doubt I’ll try that again myself. Ha Ha Ha! That was the craziest idea ever! This poor dog is like 11yrs old and lays around the house all day! So I guess I’m back to running alone…lol oh well its all good!

So I have a friend that is in the army! I’ve been talking w him about their workouts! He challenged me to test myself like their pt test! Awesome experience! I didn’t think I could do it but kept telling myself that I was gonna give it my very best!!! So I did my pittiful 17 pushups! I had never tried to do more than 10 full pushups and they were just my chest warm ups. I also pushed and did 55 full situps. Felt great at that point being able to work that in my workout…. But then I attempted to run 2 miles! Mind u last tuesday was the first ime I had ever even ran more than 1/2 a mile at once and that was on a tredmil! I went to the local dam and took off! Almost made it had to stop and walk a few feet 2 or three times but continued on made it in just over 19min! Yay!!!! So exausted and out of breath! Lol! Too funny! Had to turn around and go back to my car!!! Ha Ha Ha! But after walking for about 10min I got the energy and ran the rest of the way back!!!! Woohoo!! It felt so good! I really think I’ll try building up to do a 5k or something. It’s nice to have someone give u a specific challenge to see what u got! Always nice to see u have more than u thought! So you can push urself harder the next time to make it the full 2 miles no break and under 18min! Maybe soon!! :)   Isn’t it great to have friends like that who see something in and push you harder and further than  you figured u could go!!! I’m lucky!!!
