"I finally met my goal of benching 300 lbs. I did 1 rep at 305. My new goal is to stay around that weight and just increase my reps. I also want to get my bodyfat down so my core looks good."

My first post

My gym sucks.  It’s only open until 8pm on Friday’s and 6pm on the weekends.  The entire gym has 1 bench press machine.  I used to live in a smaller town and it’s gym was 24 hours and had tons of equipment (get it…tons).
