I’m still going to the gym about 4 days a week but I’ve decided to monitor my diet as well. Perhaps if I lose some fat then my muscles will be more prevalent. So, I’ve been keeping track of my food I’m eating and montoring the fat, calories, etc… I’m finding out that it’s pretty easy to eat right during the week but very hard during the weekends when I’m home.

My gym sucks. It’s only open until 8pm on Friday’s and 6pm on the weekends. The entire gym has 1 bench press machine. I used to live in a smaller town and it’s gym was 24 hours and had tons of equipment (get it…tons).
