well it has been 2 weeks now since i started working out again… lost 10lbs already. but i think my weight loss has slowed a bit even though i notice that my clothes are slowly becoming loose again.for the last 5 days i havent done any cardio at all due to the shit** weather here in SG.it has been raining from lunch time till evening(the weather knows how to piss people off with its timing.the only time i can run is at night after work)so i cant run outside while the treadmill is packed.i think that somehow solves the prob y my weight loss has slowed down.i guess i juz have to make up for it once this weather straightens up. =P

Training buddy

Im excited to start working out with a training buddy. last time i had one was when i was still in H.S. and that is already 10 yrs ago. I hope with the help of my training buddy i would be able to  stay more focused on my goals and make work outs more fun.

Work work work

Tonight is the 3rd night since I started to work out again after 1 month of resting and merry making while waiting for my back to be fully recovered from the back injury i attained during the start of the yr. I decided to use Supercuts3 and CLA to aid me in my quest in bringing back the old me.

Ive also read an old post by fitnessman discussing keto and ive decided to also give it a shot. my dinner will be a salad made of carrots, lettuce, tomato, cheese, tofu and chicken with olive oil and vinegar as my dressing. i also bought a bottle italian dressing and thousand island dressing to alternate with the olive oil and vinegar. i will be doin this from mon-sat and sun will be my cheat day or reload day as what fitness man calls it. I think the reload day would really help me in keeping my sanity with regards to eating the foods that also made me overweight. this will be my reward to my body after working my ass out for 6days. I will be eating this salad for atleast 2 weeks then i will change it to something thats has equal value or quality. by the way, if you are wondering on what i eat during daytime, it is oatmeal for breakfast. breakfast for me is usually 815am. as soon as i arrive at the office by 9am, i will be drinking a cup of tea then after an hour or 2 it will be oatmeal again. the 2nd oatmeal is usually taken at around 11.as for lunch, i just usually eat this tuna sandwhich with tons of lettuce on it. lunch for me is usually 1pm. then by 3pm it would be another tuna sandwhich. this and 2 cups of tea would last me until dinner which is usually after my work outs(830pm). You see, im a heavy tea drinker. In between my meals i usually consume 2-3 cups of tea and at times its coffee. depending on how sleepy i feel at work. haha

Shit! After almost a month of recovering from my back injury and having my mom visit me here, i gained 10 more freakin lbs!
