I agree with Tony (coleys). You have to have the intention to do the work to achieve your goal.

Once you get to the gym or get out there doing something, you'll get in the groove and go with it, but getting started can be a big hurtle.

Make it enjoyable. Go to a spin class to get your cardio in. It is harder to quite in a group setting. Once you start to see the changes you will be more motivated to go. First part is the hardest part!!. Once you get going, is just becomes a habit. "Ask yourself what you truly want out of this and make the sacrifice and commitment!!!!" Good luck

Any motivation you get from others will be short lived, at best. True motivation comes from within. I will tell you this, though. I work out EVERY day. Why? Because I am supposed to. On the days I do not feel like it (yes, I have them too), when I am through, I am so proud of myself. The satisfaction I get from those days makes them the best in the end. Just go to gym and get started. It will be over before you know it.

Real motivation has to come from within. You have to know why you want to train and make up your mind that it is one of the highest priorities in your life. There is no better thing you can do for yourself in this world than be fit. On those days when your mind is just not into it you still have to drag your ass to the gym. Just DO WORK and the results will come.

Man, I don't know what to tell you other than just show up. don't think about how you feel that day or what else you need to do. Just go to the gym and get your heart rate as soon as possible. You might try a pre workout supplement to help light a fire under your a$$. I like superpump 250. Some people prefer nana vapor or NO xplode. good luck

Hey bud...the sodas are adding a lot of calories in the form of simple sugars, which make your insulin spike, which will contribute to bodyfat.

I used to drink (I kid you not) a half-case of Mountain Dew every day. One day I simply decided to stop and I had the WORST headache for two days straight. It might not be a good thing to quit cold turkey, so I'll recommend dropping one can of soda every 2-3 days until you are off of it so that your body can adjust.

If you absolutely need soda, I recommend drinking caffeine-free diet Coke. Yes, it tastes like ass, but it'll give you a soda-fix while sparing you the calories and caffeine. Also, you should check out soda-alternatives like Fresca. I hated it as first, but there's almost nothing in it and the taste grows on you...that is, if you absolutely have to drink a carbonated beverage.

Good luck!
