This goes out to Mr. Flipper on the treadmill. How is it, I can hear your feet hitting the treadmill over my iPod and my heavy breating? Do you have a race to win? Or is that hot chick over at the calf machine going to hear your galoshes hitting the treadmill and suddenly fall head over heels for you? My gosh. Metallica can not get loud enough on my iPod to drown out those flippers you are trying to run with. And trust me you ain’t winning the race. You are jogging compared to most of us. The next time you get on a treadmill to try and impress a woman in the gym, make sure you can actually get those feet to run in an atheletic way.
