Monday, October 5th, 2009In response to my last blog "HELP-I need motivation", I just wanted to thank a few of you. I seem to have found my sweet spot regarding getting my training back on track. After posting, I found that pm work outs were just getting in my way. So, I moved my workouts to 5:30 am. Sounds dumb, but that really starts my day off good and I don’t have to deal with all the people in my way. First week, I was one of two guys in the free weights area. Now the cardio area is a different story. However, I thought I was going to hate the am workouts. Turns out, I like them. Who would have ever thought. Now back to the grind.
