Gym Pet Peeves–Pt. 2
Ok, I have one addition to the list for today. I went earlier for a nice workout/cardio session. In the middle of my run, this is what I saw:
1. Ms./Mrs. "Juicy Couture"–this is the girl that comes into the gym dressed head to toe in fashionable gym clothes. Sunglasses still on in the cardio section. Rings on. Earrings on. High dollar cell phone. High dollar Ipod touch. All the accessories. Including shoes that look like they have never seen the outdoors before. Usually, attractive, or trying to be, she keeps constantly looking around to see if anyone, by chance, is looking at her. Typically, she spends five minutes on the elliptical machine before heading into the yoga class. Of course, with her Juicy Couture yoga mat. Like for sure!!

HA! wow, i think i saw her at my Gym! I just got back into working out after probably a 6year stint of no activity and these people can be so de-motivating. I was doin a leg work out and trying to stay "amped" and Ms. thing was to busy texting on the leg extension machine to notice that others around her are "here to work!" grr

Oh brotha! I know how you feel. Just laugh it off…that is the way I deal with the situation. I hope they don’t de-motivate you enough to get you sidetracked from your goals. Keep up the hard work!
