hello to all my gym rats out there. i recently got n email from muscle mania sayn tht they are intreted in me. i talked on the phone with the show producers sent them pix and info. they love wt thy saw and thy wnt to use me or n up nd coming show in march. o i need tob about 200-210 ripped by march. im now 173 so ll this mean is double time for me. they dont think i can gain the weight in time and add size to my calves back and biceps so imkikn my level up to 20 and im gon how the world and muscle mania that im worth their sponcership. follow me friends and foescoz i could use the support. thanx

wats up badyspace. king red here, SO I STARTED A NEW PROGRAM OUT OF AUGUST 2009 ISSUE OF MUSCLE AND FITNESS MAG. CALLED THE frequent fryer program. ITS A SIX DAY PROGRAM WHERE YOU WORK OUT YOUR BODYPARTS 3 TIMES A WEEK INSTEAD OF TWO. SO. MONDAY WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY ITS CHEST BACK SHOULDERS TRAPS AND ABS. TUESDAY THURSDAY SATURDAY, ITS QUADS, HAMS, BICEPS, TRICEPS, AND CALVES. IM GON TRY THIS FOR 45 DAYS AND SEE WHERE ITS GON TAKE ME ALSO WITH THE HELP SUPS BY MUSCLE TECH.
