Hello everyone! This is my first blog and basically my latest attempt at getting back in shape. If you found yourself added to my friends list you are there for a reason not just a number! Overtime it will probably be a smaller list because I am really trying to find people want to help each other out. In other words I will be hounding you all for advice!!! lol.
