hey people do u got any tips for a 13 yr old whos trying to gain muscle? R there any abdominal exercises that u guys have for me without equipment? and some leg exercises without equipment b cus i cant go to the gym yet.

go there it has heaps of ideas on exercises without weights. some are very challenging
good luck with your training!
4 ur abs, try enhanced situps, hang over the side of ur bed, lower hands 2 the floor & then do a situp. 2 make it more intense, hold something heavy, like a phonebook, in ur hands.
For your legs, you can do standing squats and running up stairs. This will give you more of a cardio type workout but will help with your endurance once you can hit the gym. to make it a bit more focused on strength and muscle building, get a backpack and fill it with books. hold it in front of you as you squat, the added weight will help strengthen your legs.
