I lost 2lbs from being the flu I like a week back. But it doesn’t look like I lost weight. If anything I look more ripped. So probably the 2lbs I lost was all fat. I’m looking forward to packing on more pounds until the year ends. My target is to be at least 130lbs by January 2008. I need motivation! And of course food.

I haven’t been back to the gym in over a week. I got the flu again and I don’t know how much it affected my weight. I’m hoping it didn’t, but that’s wishful thinking. The last time I weighed myself (I only do that in the gym) I was almost 126lbs. I promise I’ll be back tomorrow and tell you guys how it went.
I’m not really expecting anything big because I barely ate when I was sick and I skipped the protein shake the whole time. But when I look in the mirror I think I only lost body fat because I look more cut. LOL.

I should be ecstatic, right? And I really am!
I’ve never reached 120lbs in my life. Now I’m 124, from 119 on Sept. 27. I wonder how much I would have gained had I been on weight gainers. Ah, no time for wondering, I’m gonna get a weight gainer soon.
You guys think MRM Massive Muscle Gainer is good? It’s only gainer available down here. That and Weider Mega Mass. But Weider’s gonna give me diabetes.
