This is the life I have chosen to live, its 7:30 am and im eating for the 2nd time today, chicken, spinach and bacon, most people arent even awake yet. . here i am consuming protein and carbs religiously.. counting every gram.. every ounce of chicken ensureing im getting the proper amounts.. some people think im crazy.. usually the less structured, less  DEDICATED.. less understanding.. and mostly less HEALTHY!! both those of you reading this.. you understand.. you realize the steps we all must take to succeed with our goals. some of us on here are fortunate to be "genetic freaks" and dont need to go through cutting cycles, you dont need to watch what you eat in order to maintain and gain your respected physique.. However some us like myself, require all the effort to make these gains, anyone can eat to get big.. but it takes so much self restraint and deterimation to "eat clean" for months on end.. to get that coveted 6 pack.. and honestly where does that end?? once thats achieved its instantanious that you look in the mirror and pick your next imperfection to re-construct.. never ending progress and even more so never ending goals and never ending never endings.. however this is the the life I have chosen to live.. and I Love every second of it. I know you all do as well! -Mason 

My Current Diet–Carb Cycling– Modified a bit…

ok so here we go this is my day by day diet… 2 days a week (4th and 7th) i up my carbs and Calories .. also i consume about a gallon and a half of water total in an entire day..

Wake up- 4:55am

Morning shake-5:30am-27 grams of protein, 1 cup whole mik, 2 egg whites, half cup uncooked oatmeal, 1oz of crushed ice.

 I also enjoy 1 1/2 cups of black coffee .. nice little caffeine rush to get my day going and of course to assist with fat loss!

Meal 1- 7:30am- 1 slice wheat bread tuna, and 1 hard boiled egg

Meal 2- 9:30am- 1 slice wheat bread tuna, and 1 hard boiled egg

Meal 3 10:30(lunch)- 1 slice wheat bread w/pnut butter 1 apple.. followed with multi vitamin

Meal 4-  12:30-1 slice wheat bread tuna, and 1 hard boiled egg

Meal 5- 1:30- 1 slice wheat bread tuna, and 1 hard boiled egg

Before gym- 3:30- N.O. Booster (sometimes) cycling off as of now..

After gym- like right when i walk out to my car in my cooler in my car i make a shake- consisting of 30g protein mixed with 16 oz of gatorade(fast acting carbs)

Meal 6- 6:00- I add up my totals for the day and that determines how much i can consume for dinner.. usually about 1000 calories 34g of protein and less than 20gs of carbs are needed for dinner..

Bedtime-8:00- i dont consume anything after 7pm.. except zma before bed..
