Really starting to get things in Gear

These next 3 months are going to be big in turning the corner for me.  No longer will i be called Big Matt for my power lighting/bouncer type size.  I am looking to get the waist and gut to both measure the same at about 36 or just under. 

My weight has not dropped more than a few lbs. in the last month, but overall body composition has improved. 

 Training/bodybuilding is a singular sport but this site does bring all of us together as a community which is a great thing. 

good luck to everyone, and looking forward to all of us achieving our goals and helping others do the same.

Things are going well, weight is dropping, close to two pounds a week, right where i want it. At 16 total weeks, and at two pounds a week then i could beat my goal by 4 or 5 pounds.

I gave myself some room, because i am logging AX, which i hope helps me add 4 or 5 solid Leam muscle pounds over the next 8 weeks.

Time to start taking responsibility

Well my diet has been going better and better every week, still have a problem when I allow my one cheat meal, it turns into a  cheat day.  Training is going well, doing a thee on, one off, two on, one off split. Back/abs/Cardio day yesterday, tonight will be chest and Calves plus cardio.
 

Looking forward to starting a new stack of Activate Xtreme for 8 weeks, last 4 weeks stacking it with lean Xtreme(old version). At the end of those 8 weeks I will run Mitotropin for 30 days, and follow that up with lean Xtreme again, but the new version.  Looking to make some major changes over the next four months, looking to lose about 30 lbs, of fat and gain 5 lbs of muscle.
