most amazing cheat meal!! keto cheats are the best :)
so normally i have my cheat meal as the last one on Sundays, but this a.m. i took an EC for the first time since last year on an empty stomach, went running in 90* weather (attempted to, at least), and was so incredibly nauseated/tried to puke but had no food in me so nothin'... couldn't eat anything during the day, felt horrible-lied down and couldnt move for like 5 hours, or get up without nearly passing out. had 2 or 3 perogies around 5 after I couldn't get down my chicken & decided i needed to just have my cheat meal tn....so i had 2 pieces of wheat bread, 1 blueberry bagel, some whole wheat pasta & whole wheat ravioli (however its funny, i cooked enough for the off-season Kim not thinking...and I ate maybe one/tenth of it?!), and a tagalong cookie.
I feel great. last sunday i only had a bowl of ice cream since it was the end of week one of keto, so i was SEVERELY depleted with the intense caloric deficit I have been implementing. I hope that my leptin levels are back to normal, & my metabolism got a little thrown off the beaten, starving path. (I also decided that tonight instead of the planned sunday would be great because of Easter, and i know that would get drawn out into more than one meal). First of all, I tossed my EC's. They have made me sick numerous times, however that's not what first came to mind when I took them earlier. I know I am sensitive to caffeine, and think I may have an allergy (these pills have 250/pill, and I took 2). And also, I like the idea of going 2 weeks per cheat meal. (well in reality it's more of a carb meal, i try to stick to olive oil & nut derivatives (pesto! yum) for the fats for the most part, and one sweet treat). Every other week I think a bowl of ice cream or some oreos will suffice, and the other Sunday's opposite those I will save for the pasta, bread, potatoes, etc. Its so nice to eat carbs on keto! but the weird thing is, I'm sick of them already...and I just finished my last meal 2 hours ago! Tomorrow I'm going to go for an hour or two run/sprint session, eat some nice egg whites, and hit the gym for back, tri's, & calves... hard. Hello deadlifts! Finally, my muscles look like they exist. My arms were flat as a board before I carbed up-you couldn't see any definition, veins...nothin'! So I'm hoping it keeps improving and when I wake up I'll look much better 
Its so hard to keep up with my eating schedule with being in school and my schedule getting messed up all the time with hmwk and ****. Keep up the good work, sounds like you have it handled alot better than i do! haha
