sushi….diet worthy or bad for prep?
I’m just curious on your thoughts, ive heard some people say it’s their favorite "contest diet" food and others say favorite "cheat" food…I love just spicy tuna or spicy yellowtail or eel with cucumber…I eat it maybe once every 2 weeks, about 2 rolls for a meal before my lift & cardio. It’s hard to find LEGIT nutrition facts for this as well on google and whatnot. Opinions?

This is an EXCELLENT topic. I’ve heard the same. Honestly, and I hate to say this because I too love sushi, is that I’m leaning on the "cheating" end because of the white rice. Because we all know the old motto "Don’t eat ‘white’ food". White break, white rice, white paste because there no substance to them.
Now if you could find a sushi place that made it with brown rice… that’s another story.
(But what the hell… if you’re going to cheat… it’s much better then… say… eating a bag of potato chips.

my grocery store sells the sushi necessities like the seaweed & whatnot so im about to make it myself, brown rice made sticky w splenda (since im pretty sure its normally made w sugar)
