Well there are only a few months left. My goal for six pack Abs is still far. I really have to plan to make sure i achieve my overall goal!!
Really need to watch my Carbo, bring back the Cardio, maintain/up d protein n Training!!
Serious training will resume in August!!

I am glad that my stamina has improved a little. Today I am bringing my heartbeat to 175 bpm on treadmill! Sweat it out! Since I am working hard for my "visible" Abs I am doing cardio everyday for minimum 15-20mins at the end of the training. 30 mins is quite normal day. I am not doing sprinting. I will first start with slow walk then increase to power walk. 10 mins later I start to run, that is when I start to make my heart work as fast as I could. I was working on my Back with two exercises- Chin up and lat pushdown. The later seems to hit the back well, I like it. I have changed my routine putting the abs at the beginning and in between other body parts too.
