Hey guys!!!!! Well, yesterday I tried a new workout routine & boy am I sore!!!! I guess I should be considering I haven’t done anything in about 4 weeks. But hey, I’M BACK AT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I got my mojo back!!!!! Everything hurts!!! Chest, arms, glutes, legs—–but I don’t care!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! Have a great week to all my friends!!!!

4 WEEKS?? Its good to see you back. Whats this I "think" I got my mojo back, you got to "KNOW" you do and get back to kicking some tail. Really is good to see you back in the groove and now loving the DOMS. Stay at it.
