Oh where, oh where did my mojo go???? Still can’t seem to get my a** in gear. I’m not sure what’s wrong with me. I was so gung-ho on getting in shape, eating right, working out…….and now, it’s all down the toilet. I even ate some cookie dough today….and now I feel like crap after eating it. Almost made me want to go throw up. Any how, I’m going to the store tonite & getting some "good" food that I know I need & that I know I should have. Hopefully I’ll get back into it soon. Every day I say…"Ok, I’m gonna work out today" then I don’t. Of course, I haven’t been feeling all that great either. Hopefully I’m not getting the flu like everyone else!! Talk to ya all later! And thanks still for the encouragement—-I truly mean that!! Thanks to all of you!

eating right - now its down the toilet? where do you usually send it? don’t tell me you are going hippy on me and hitting the woods with a roll of TP and a shovel. that is gross.

Everyday is a new day to make it count. Don’t think about yesterday and don’t think about tomorrow, just think about right now, cause in the end that’s all you have! You can do it, I know you can! Go get it GIRL! Winters coming go and rock those tight jeans!!!

Don’t focus on what you’ve done wrong, focus on what you need to do. I’ve screwed up more times than I care to admit, but I’ll look for a moment at this mornings workout and then its on to todays meals and tomorrow mornings cardio.
Whats done is done. Forget it and kick your a$$ today.
