Thought working out was supposed to relieve stress. Well, not for me. Every time I have tried to work out, my 4 year old gets even more demanding than usual which makes me more stressed cuz I can’t focus on what I need to do. Right now I’m just doing some cardio due to my broken finger & as soon as I get in the treadmill, it starts. What gives? I can’t even work out anymore!!!! I’m so darned frustrated it’s not even funny. I can’t even go to the bathroom alone…….she has to be there too. Will there ever be an end to all this???? Sorry, just needed to vent!!!!! Have no one else who understands to talk to!!!!!!!

Bummed…………… broke my finger so can’t lift anything. Guess I’ll focus on cardio & maybe abs!!! (It took me a long time to write this!!!!)

Hey guys!!!!! Well, yesterday I tried a new workout routine & boy am I sore!!!! I guess I should be considering I haven’t done anything in about 4 weeks. But hey, I’M BACK AT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I got my mojo back!!!!! Everything hurts!!! Chest, arms, glutes, legs—–but I don’t care!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! Have a great week to all my friends!!!!

Oh where, oh where did my mojo go???? Still can’t seem to get my a** in gear. I’m not sure what’s wrong with me. I was so gung-ho on getting in shape, eating right, working out…….and now, it’s all down the toilet. I even ate some cookie dough today….and now I feel like crap after eating it. Almost made me want to go throw up. Any how, I’m going to the store tonite & getting some "good" food that I know I need & that I know I should have. Hopefully I’ll get back into it soon. Every day I say…"Ok, I’m gonna work out today" then I don’t. Of course, I haven’t been feeling all that great either. Hopefully I’m not getting the flu like everyone else!! Talk to ya all later! And thanks still for the encouragement—-I truly mean that!! Thanks to all of you!

Well, I guess that’s it. I totally done with all this. No matter what, I just can’t seem to keep the motivation up to continue working out. It’s also so very hard to eat the right way with 5 kids & a hubby who doesn’t do anything to support you. It’s always junk food—–doughnuts, cookies, crap that is here & inevitably I end up eating it. I always feel so hungry all the time & now I just don’t care. I guess the diet is the hardest for me—–trying to figure out what & when I should eat, especially with night shift work. I also don’t feel motivated to work out any more with the weights or even get on my treadmill. I have actually gained weight. So, I feel, why should I bust my ass when nothing is happening???? I haven’t been able to do any weights for 3 weeks now anyhow with a torn pec muscle. I have tried to focus on abs & legs, but have lost motivation & interest. So, thanks to you all for your support, but maybe I just need to take some time off for awhile.

Really bummed out. Haven’t been able to work out (weights) for the past 2 weeks due to injuring my shoulder. I feel really crappy & that I’m losing ground. Hopefully I’ll be back at it soon……

So I think it’s time I get meself a trainer! I’m really tired of busting my a** & not getting ANYWHERE. No weight loss, nothing. I really need to lose some weight! I feel like I haven’t done a thing & I’m working so hard to! Weight lifting…….some cardio……..I know I need help with the diet & I probably need to do a little more cardio than I do, but seriously? I’M NOT GETTING ANYWHERE & I’M ANGRY!!!!!

so far have had a good week—-i have stuck with my weights & did 4 days of cardio this week (30 minutes each time) which is more than i have done in the past. i will do more cardio tomorrow so that will be 5 days this week!!!!! Woo hoo!!! so, just need to stay focused & stick with it!!! boy, are my legs & glutes sore though!!!! it’s a great feeling!!!

Alright guys!!! I’m back at it!! Got a good workout in today & felt really good afterwards about doing it! Hopefully I got my mojo back! Now, just need to clean up my diet again & get down & dirty serious!!!! I can do it!!! Thanks for all your support & encouragement!!
