Training…..Well Cardio to be exact…..

So here’s the deal…..I’ve been hitting the cardio pretty hard…..Reason: To pass the beep test at level 10.1 to get into the state police…..Now here’s the problem…..Although my cardio is getting better (base level) and my resting HR has dropped, I still can’t seem to get to that elusive 10.1……My legs seem to give out around level 8 - 9 and it’s just getting to a point of being ridiculous…..I gotta be doing something wrong, caus it just aint working and to be honest, it’s starting to get to me……grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr……

 I need help peeps….any ideas ????
