i have added quite a bit of swimming to my cardio routine and am really feeling the pain the next day. anybody have any recommendations for a good recovery supplement? i am currently taking creatine and whey protein

How about Optimum’s 2:1:1 Recovery? I am a fan of optimum personally. I have also heard good things about Cellmass by BSN. I have used that one but not enough to speak from experience. You could just try to amp up the post worout carbs and protein. i.e. casein/whey/simple carbs (I just started using Optimum’s Glycomaize), and some glutamine. I also take Omega-3 pills post workout. Since I started this litttle cocktail, I have noticed that DOMS has significantly decreased.
