So I didn’t do as well as I wanted to do this past weekend… But I didn’t do as bad as I thought I would either. Skipped the gym Saturday and Sunday and ate a minor amount of ballpark food. The best part is, I thought it all tasted like crap! With a punishment on the list, yesterday I got up early 10am (early for myself) and beat myself up at the gym then went to work. After I got out at 4am, went back to the gym and did it again…. Take that hotdog eater!!!

3 fantastic workouts in a row!!! Feeling great and sleeping well, We’ll see if this can outlast the Redsox 3 game stand in Anaheim… Going to all three games and there will be alot of pressure to eat and drink crap. If I make it through this weekend I’ll be on a tear next week!!!

Short and sweet…. Super strong workout today, great pumps with an increase in weight in almost all excercises. If only everyday could be this pisser!!!

This mornings workout went alright, considering I was hacking up a lung. The other people I work with chain smoke after work and for some reason it really bothered me today. Seeing I don’t smoke myself, I slept like crap last night waking up every 45 minutes or so with a coughing fit. So I’m sure they’ll be glad to find out on Friday that the smoking will come to an end on the nights when I work…. Take that sinners!!!

So I was out tonight and a woman that was not in shape called me fat…. Not that I’m the most in shape guy on the face of the planet, but I’m still a little confused? She hit on me then called me fat before I said anything back to her??? Are women just crazy or am I just loosing my mind????

After a long summer of work and everything else, my workouts are starting to get back on track. As far as the workouts, my diet is getting much better due to the work schedule staying constant. Hopefully things stay the same for a while here now and I can start to make some serious gains!!!!

After a well deserved night out with friends I had 48 hours to deal with the aftermath!!! I had such a bad workout tonight I felt like I was lifting under water! Point taken…. No more excess!!!
