im thinking of trying out BSN dessert protien!
has anyone else used it and if so is it as good as it says on the website? (taste and how well it works?)

ok so taking into account ur comments iv changed my food for this week abit!
heres the plan.
breakfast = porridge and fruit + green tea and vitamin supliments
snack = peice of fruit / peanut butter and ricecakes
lunch = chicken and salad/ tuna sandwhich and salad/ eggwhites on toast.
post workout snack= protien hemp powder smoothie (innocent smoothie)
Tea = chicken and salad/ makeral and veg stir fry (with 1 calorie spray oil)/ fishcakes and veg n salad/ omlette/ tuna pasta.
snack at night = cottage cheese and rice cake.
+ lotsa water.
hope this is the improvement i needed! what are ppls thoughts#?

Hi,
i have had advise from loadsa people on here telling me to eat "clean" and "right" on top of consistent exercise!
now i am doing the exercise and i do eat very healthily and dont cheat as often! but i was wondering if im eating clean or right enough for my goals?
what would be really helpful is if people could give me examples of their daily diet so i know if im on the right tracks or if i need to do anything differently!!!
would reeeeaaallly appreciate comments!!!
