I think you need to give it time. Go back and reflect on EVERYTHING you did. Did YOU do all that you could do to be successful? What would you and CAN you do differently. Are you lifting hard enough and heavy enough? Are your food choices clean and frequent? (ehem, double cheesburger)? If not, keep going but make the changes you know you can make.

I only say this because these are the questions that were asked of me when I had my 'fitness-oriented a-ha moment'. I wasn't lifting heavy enough. I avoided exercises that caused me too much discomfort (shocking!) and my diet was over 60% carbs. And I didn't take in enough protein. Oh, and I changed from eating 'cheat meals' to rewarding myself with something for the gym or a pair of underwear--worked for me.

Are you doing fitday--if not, you should. It is a great tool to not only see what is going in, but you can PLAN what you intake is going to be for the day and make your meals accordingly.

You can do this. Do not get discouraged. Remember this feeling and use it as fuel--keep going and make the changes you know you need to make.

I know exactly how you feel.
When I was losing weight years ago, there was a time when my weight wouldn't budge and I got impaitient.
I tried pushing harder on the treadmill at the gym, but that did not do much.
You have reached a point known as a plateau.
The only advice I can give you is keep going.
Weight loss takes a very long time.
Good luck and God Bless

Hey, read your post. I have been taking hydroxycut for a few months off and on (Only one pre workout) and it gives me a nice boost of energy. Cytolean works well too. I cant take more due to health reasons but it does help without jitters when you take one pill in the AM. Good luck to you on your regimen!

If you are sore, that is the goal! Just listen to your body, it will tell you what it can handle. The most important thing is to avoid injury. Wow, did I really say that? I must be getting old...

Hi kiki the hardest part of any journey is taking the first step! It takes courage and determination. Set yourself realistic goals spaced throughout the year and concentrate on the lifestyle change and not the quick fix! I feel for you as I know it aint easy; but wer're all rooting for you! :)
