So today starts the second week of my transformation…I’ve lost 3 pounds so far also an inch off my waist.. My legs are still sore just a little. I’m not gonna hit them as hard. I don’t want a serious injury. I’ll up the cardio though..I HATE CARDIO!! I gotta shed fat…More cardio…More cardio…more cardio….if I say it enough I’ll do it……I’ll post progress pics at the end of every month…………Later!!

Ok so I have been kicking ass this week with my diet. My workout has been okay, only I pushed a little to hard on tuesday which is legs/arms/chest day…I really want a nice ass so I figured I would go the extra mile and exhaust my legs.BAD IDEA my legs were so sore the next day I could barely walk, And its Friday and my legs feel better but their still sore. I still worked out on wednes and thursday, I just did light cardio and didn’t work my legs. Today I took a break. I’m gonna take so tyenol and rub myself down with icyhot cause I got a 2mile run tomorrow. I hope my legs feel better

OMG!!, So today I worked abs/back/shoulders early this morning..then after I did 30 mins of Taebo. I felt so good after that I went to work, it went GREAT which is unbelieveable cause I hate my job!!! I didn’t press mute and cursed not one time..it was awesome…All I could really think about was my workout….but it gets better..my run time has improve..when I got off I ran my 2 miles in 19:01 so I’m improving drastically…the last time I timed myself I was at 21:23…..I must admit I have fallen back in love with fitness

OK, so the working out starts this week, I think I got nutrition down. I have more of my friends joining me on my weight loss journey. One just had a baby and the other just kinda let herself get fat ,but she wants to get right. Of course I have my partner in crime Cheryl- we both have been on an off for the past couple months, but now we are more determine than ever. So we’ll be texting, email, calling, etc as much as possible for motivation…one of my friends is North Carolina…so she gets long distance support…I’m in it to win…..I’ll give a sample of the workout plan…Please let me know if I need to make changes for the better..It would be awesome!!!

Okay I’m still doing good. I haven’t been working out, but I have been eating pretty good, until yesterday. I’m such an emotional eater , its crazy!. When I’m stressed I eat horribly and yesterday was such a horrible day! I had to have a snickers, oreos, and regular coke(which I hate) and today wasn’t any better..I had fries and other items I don’t care to name. All isn’t over though..it was only 2 days I’ll get it back together..Operation is still in effect!!!

Okay ..yeah I know I’m always bullshitting about getting back in shape. Something hit me yesterday and it was so much deeper than just losing weight. Life is terribly short and I don’t wanna spend it miserable and saying oh I wish I wouldl have. I said to my self, everything you one , get it..so thats my thing, every single thing I want I’ll get and a BANGING body is one of the things I want..so from now on I’m on a mission..I called it Operation Banging Body and it will not be aborted dammit, until I have sucessfully complete my mission……..ROCK ON PEOPLE!!!!

So its been good for the past weeks. I’ve lose like 7 lbs, but its looks like its coming right off my chest first….of course…chest 1st then face, then Stomach…hate that order, but I’ll take it. I’ve gotten super serious about getting my body back how it was. I really want to get into fitness modeling and figure competitons, so I gotta shed that fat and build the muscle….Thanks for any and all motivation..Appreciate Lots!!!!

I must admit ..I’m slacking ..this has never been hard for..I was a athlete, very physical…I loved to workout..now its like…those oreos look delicious..maybe I should have 2..then 2 turns into the whole package..its very disturbing..I think I’m gonna get a nutrionist

So I have finally gotten on the right track, I will be checking my progress at the end of each month…Once you start eating right and working out again, it just fill so good…This will for sure be a permanent lifestyle change
