Let’s get a move on Dammit!!

Oh man I can admit, I am very impatient, I’ve again only lost one stinkin lb this week, I didn’t measure myself as far as inches cause I’m bloated, but damn seeing 191 one the scale would have been awesome. Its now Week 7 of 12 and I’m at 193 lbs….I may have to take a different approach cause this one SUCKS!!!!!

I’m halfway thru Week 6 of my transformation. Today was suppose to be a rest day, but thanks to Voicemail and Mr.Vegas that didn’t happen, I was suppose to be cleaning, but when I turned on the music I start dancing like crazy, next thing I know I got weights in my hands going thru my Legs and arms workout for tomorrow..then the last song played(paid not played by buju b) I stretched and then went to sleep for 2 hours. Crazy right!

Okay so I Lied!!

That whole thing about not stepping on the scale til my birthday was a big fat lie!!.I usually weigh in on Sundays and I tried really hard to not get on the scale and use other methods to show progress, but it didn’t happen…I got on the scale and I was 194 so of course I was pumped. Its week 6 of 12 and I’m at 194…..I change my routine..so there’s more cardio(I REALLY HATE CARDIO!!) and more glutes training….I’ve reach my target bench press of 145lbs(5reps)..so my next goal is 175. Hopefully by the end of Sept I’m 184 lbs…..Wish me luck…oh yeah I cheated today and had a dbl cheese burger, but I felt I deserved it! :)

SO I decided that I will no longer use the scale on my weight loss journey… I will use the tape measure and my fave pair of pants for my guide..the scale is so depressing…even when your doing great..so just to keep myself on track I wil not step on the scale til NOV 6..which will be nerve wrecking cause I get on the scale like twice a day(don’t know why just something crazy I do)…Anyway..my goals for Sept will stay the same, excluding the weight goal.

I’m not gonna go crazy!!!

Ok so its week 5 of 12 and I just measured and weighed myself…I’ve gained two2 lbs which I don’t know if its fat or muscle…my waist measurement went to 35…hips went to 44…only 1/2 inch down from last week. But I did have my little episode, and Saturdays are my cheat meal day..I should change it so it won’t be before the day I weigh myself..I had Ihop for my cheat yesterday….it was AWESOME!!!..Not like last weeks cheat which was horrible, but anyway..new week new routine….again more cardio and train glutes really hard!!!!!

F**KD Up Big Time!!

I’m so mad at myself..I didn’t work out yesterday or today, and i ate a pop tart, reese cup and 6 choco chip cookies!!..I was such a pig today..I’ve lose 7 lbs and 3 inches off my waist in the 4 weeks I’ve been doing these. So I don’t want to screw up..being fat really sucks! Especially when you were once a size 9 and now your a 16…THAT SHIT REALLY SUCKS!!! Well tomorrow its off to the gym early..I’m going in there strong!!!

**I didn’t have my meals prepared for today..so I had to eat ot of the vending machine at wok, but thats not gonna happen again…trust me

Week 4 of 12

Ok so this is the start of week 4….I only lost one pound last week but I lost another inch off my waist…I had my cheat meal the day before my weigh-in..I should have had it friday instead..it was disgusting and not even worth the calories..next time I’ll make a better choice of what I want to eat for a good cheat. Again I’m gonna try to up the cardio and I think now I’ll focus on my abs and legs equally. Thats gonna be hard though , cause I hate cardio and I hate abs, but I’ll make it work.I want to lose another inch off my waist this week and about 3 more lbs, but I need to lose 4 to reavh my goal for the month….We'’ see…WIsh me luck!!!

I just came back from my workout. It was fairly short..only 35 mins of cardio… I wasn’t in the mood to workout at all, but I figured I could at least do some cardio. oday I was suppose to work glutes, which of course is the area I want to improve most. So I feel likek crap cause I didn’t do any squats, but I try to kill it tomorrow. My endurance is getting better and my run time is decreasing everytime I run my 2 miles….so thats some things I am happy about….Sunday is weigh in!!! I’m gonna try not to focus on the scale…but its so hard

New Addition

So I’m adding Hydroxycut Hardcore to the mix. I’ve heard so much about it I had to try it out. I was gonna go ahead and get Lipo6 since I’ve used it before and like the results, but I decided to go a different route. We’ll see how it goes!!!

This is the beginning of Week 3 of my transformation. I’ve lost 5 lbs so far…its going good..I didn’t work out as much this week..I had so much shit going on, but of course no excuses. So I’m gonna try to up the cardio and work on my ass muscles extra hard. I have to get a booty!!!
