Okay so I Lied!!
That whole thing about not stepping on the scale til my birthday was a big fat lie!!.I usually weigh in on Sundays and I tried really hard to not get on the scale and use other methods to show progress, but it didn’t happen…I got on the scale and I was 194 so of course I was pumped. Its week 6 of 12 and I’m at 194…..I change my routine..so there’s more cardio(I REALLY HATE CARDIO!!) and more glutes training….I’ve reach my target bench press of 145lbs(5reps)..so my next goal is 175. Hopefully by the end of Sept I’m 184 lbs…..Wish me luck…oh yeah I cheated today and had a dbl cheese burger, but I felt I deserved it!
