My new idea!
SO I decided that I will no longer use the scale on my weight loss journey… I will use the tape measure and my fave pair of pants for my guide..the scale is so depressing…even when your doing great..so just to keep myself on track I wil not step on the scale til NOV 6..which will be nerve wrecking cause I get on the scale like twice a day(don’t know why just something crazy I do)…Anyway..my goals for Sept will stay the same, excluding the weight goal.
