F**KD Up Big Time!!
I’m so mad at myself..I didn’t work out yesterday or today, and i ate a pop tart, reese cup and 6 choco chip cookies!!..I was such a pig today..I’ve lose 7 lbs and 3 inches off my waist in the 4 weeks I’ve been doing these. So I don’t want to screw up..being fat really sucks! Especially when you were once a size 9 and now your a 16…THAT SHIT REALLY SUCKS!!! Well tomorrow its off to the gym early..I’m going in there strong!!!
**I didn’t have my meals prepared for today..so I had to eat ot of the vending machine at wok, but thats not gonna happen again…trust me
