Week 4 of 12
Ok so this is the start of week 4….I only lost one pound last week but I lost another inch off my waist…I had my cheat meal the day before my weigh-in..I should have had it friday instead..it was disgusting and not even worth the calories..next time I’ll make a better choice of what I want to eat for a good cheat. Again I’m gonna try to up the cardio and I think now I’ll focus on my abs and legs equally. Thats gonna be hard though , cause I hate cardio and I hate abs, but I’ll make it work.I want to lose another inch off my waist this week and about 3 more lbs, but I need to lose 4 to reavh my goal for the month….We'’ see…WIsh me luck!!!
