I wasn’t up to it
I just came back from my workout. It was fairly short..only 35 mins of cardio… I wasn’t in the mood to workout at all, but I figured I could at least do some cardio. oday I was suppose to work glutes, which of course is the area I want to improve most. So I feel likek crap cause I didn’t do any squats, but I try to kill it tomorrow. My endurance is getting better and my run time is decreasing everytime I run my 2 miles….so thats some things I am happy about….Sunday is weigh in!!! I’m gonna try not to focus on the scale…but its so hard
