I’m not gonna go crazy!!!

Ok so its week 5 of 12 and I just measured and weighed myself…I’ve gained two2 lbs which I don’t know if its fat or muscle…my waist measurement went to 35…hips went to 44…only 1/2 inch down from last week. But I did have my little episode, and Saturdays are my cheat meal day..I should change it so it won’t be before the day I weigh myself..I had Ihop for my cheat yesterday….it was AWESOME!!!..Not like last weeks cheat which was horrible, but anyway..new week new routine….again more cardio and train glutes really hard!!!!!

F**KD Up Big Time!!

I’m so mad at myself..I didn’t work out yesterday or today, and i ate a pop tart, reese cup and 6 choco chip cookies!!..I was such a pig today..I’ve lose 7 lbs and 3 inches off my waist in the 4 weeks I’ve been doing these. So I don’t want to screw up..being fat really sucks! Especially when you were once a size 9 and now your a 16…THAT SHIT REALLY SUCKS!!! Well tomorrow its off to the gym early..I’m going in there strong!!!

**I didn’t have my meals prepared for today..so I had to eat ot of the vending machine at wok, but thats not gonna happen again…trust me

Week 4 of 12

Ok so this is the start of week 4….I only lost one pound last week but I lost another inch off my waist…I had my cheat meal the day before my weigh-in..I should have had it friday instead..it was disgusting and not even worth the calories..next time I’ll make a better choice of what I want to eat for a good cheat. Again I’m gonna try to up the cardio and I think now I’ll focus on my abs and legs equally. Thats gonna be hard though , cause I hate cardio and I hate abs, but I’ll make it work.I want to lose another inch off my waist this week and about 3 more lbs, but I need to lose 4 to reavh my goal for the month….We'’ see…WIsh me luck!!!

I just came back from my workout. It was fairly short..only 35 mins of cardio… I wasn’t in the mood to workout at all, but I figured I could at least do some cardio. oday I was suppose to work glutes, which of course is the area I want to improve most. So I feel likek crap cause I didn’t do any squats, but I try to kill it tomorrow. My endurance is getting better and my run time is decreasing everytime I run my 2 miles….so thats some things I am happy about….Sunday is weigh in!!! I’m gonna try not to focus on the scale…but its so hard

New Addition

So I’m adding Hydroxycut Hardcore to the mix. I’ve heard so much about it I had to try it out. I was gonna go ahead and get Lipo6 since I’ve used it before and like the results, but I decided to go a different route. We’ll see how it goes!!!

This is the beginning of Week 3 of my transformation. I’ve lost 5 lbs so far…its going good..I didn’t work out as much this week..I had so much shit going on, but of course no excuses. So I’m gonna try to up the cardio and work on my ass muscles extra hard. I have to get a booty!!!

Week 2 of 12

So today starts the second week of my transformation…I’ve lost 3 pounds so far also an inch off my waist.. My legs are still sore just a little. I’m not gonna hit them as hard. I don’t want a serious injury. I’ll up the cardio though..I HATE CARDIO!! I gotta shed fat…More cardio…More cardio…more cardio….if I say it enough I’ll do it……I’ll post progress pics at the end of every month…………Later!!

Maybe…….I should back off a little

Ok so I have been kicking ass this week with my diet. My workout has been okay, only I pushed a little to hard on tuesday which is legs/arms/chest day…I really want a nice ass so I figured I would go the extra mile and exhaust my legs.BAD IDEA my legs were so sore the next day I could barely walk, And its Friday and my legs feel better but their still sore. I still worked out on wednes and thursday, I just did light cardio and didn’t work my legs. Today I took a break. I’m gonna take so tyenol and rub myself down with icyhot cause I got a 2mile run tomorrow. I hope my legs feel better

OMG!!, So today I worked abs/back/shoulders early this morning..then after I did 30 mins of Taebo. I felt so good after that I went to work, it went GREAT which is unbelieveable cause I hate my job!!! I didn’t press mute and cursed not one time..it was awesome…All I could really think about was my workout….but it gets better..my run time has improve..when I got off I ran my 2 miles in 19:01 so I’m improving drastically…the last time I timed myself I was at 21:23…..I must admit I have fallen back in love with fitness

All Aboard!!!

OK, so the working out starts this week, I think I got nutrition down. I have more of my friends joining me on my weight loss journey. One just had a baby and the other just kinda let herself get fat ,but she wants to get right. Of course I have my partner in crime Cheryl- we both have been on an off for the past couple months, but now we are more determine than ever. So we’ll be texting, email, calling, etc as much as possible for motivation…one of my friends is North Carolina…so she gets long distance support…I’m in it to win…..I’ll give a sample of the workout plan…Please let me know if I need to make changes for the better..It would be awesome!!!
