sry i didnt write my blog been last time very busy … last days been at gym again very good , next week will be closed my gym for a one week , then i have have good run …. oo i forgot already last thursday i got very good run 14 km and friday 7 km
very good result i try end off the month 20 km then its very good result i get on this summer

mmm i srart on thursday again going 2 gym .. feel grate … this week i star with monday with my program.. get well .. body feel littel bit sore but its ok … i want 2 get good result and then i feel more better
2 last days was at gym , wendsday i go on the morning good run …thursday again gym…
ooeehhh i m so tierd on the new week

hi….
im so happy … i promise 2 myself 2 start again and i do this
in the morning i wake up early and got good run
7 km
after that i feel so good and my body was happy
kates start again 2 make her happy
next week i want 2 srat 2 use muuch more protein

in last time i m been litte bit lazy … no its not right just been very busy a work and at home…. 2 morro morning i wantu wake up early and go 2 for good run
next week start again gym . i miss so much this .. gym its make me so happy and not only me my body will be more happy …ok i give my best and for 2 weeks i get for this site new pic:)
after 2 morro morning run i write on here i have done then i feel better because kate needs 2 make herself happy
