THURSDAY 22nd OCTOBER 2009 - DAY 4

WOW.

JUst finished a pumped up workout, my muscles feel like they are turning into rock right now which i have to say feels GREAT, but cant stop this workout plan just now… ive barely started! (Im still a lousy plumped up chubby boy that isn’t glowing healthy excellence just yet)

MEALS TAKEN YESTERDAY:

Breakfast:   Scrambled egg whites, wholewheat toast, glass of ice water with dissolvable vitamins and minerals, bowl of oatmeal, 2 Glutamine Peptide capsules, 1 Flax Oil capsule and 1 Cod Liver Oil capsule

In-between snack: Ice Water (had no time for a meal… im thinking about getting meal replacement shakes but im not sure if thats suitable for the in-between meals.

Lunch:  Tuna Salad (Tuna, wholegrain mustard, low fat mayo, spinach, sliced fresh chili, a drop of lemon, half a tablespoon of olive oil, tabasco and a small bit of salt and pepper) I usually eat it with a slice of Ryvita or wholewheat toast or some brown rice.

In-between snack: Low fat probiotic blueberry yogurt and 5 or so walnuts

Dinner:  Whole grain pasta with 100% natural Ragu sauce mixed with spinach and some kidney beans.

This is basically what ive been eating everyday so far, with a few changes here and there just to spice things up.

I was struggling with the weights today, mainly the alternate dumbbell curls… my left arm always fails me way before my right arm… anyone know how i can deal with this problem?) But after my workouts i felt great. I came back home, popped 2 more Glutamine pills and a protein shake and then took a shower.

I feel sooooo relaxed and calm. Anxiety runs in my family and i usually get it quite bad, but it seems to be gone now or at least not there as much, im much more comfortable.

Until the NEXT workout! KEEP THAT IRON PUMPING!!!

Sam
