Gym Fever!!

Why is it once you start getting that pump in the gym you never wanna leave?  Thats how I’ve felt this week.  Im lifting heavy ass weights, veins are poppin, blood is flowin, pain is starting, but i never want to put them down.  I just want to keep going and going and going.  But i do stop after I’ve completed my sets / reps.

I guess you can say I’ve become and addict, at bodybuilding.  Noticing little results after 2 weeks, just makes me become more pumped than ever.  Cause I know that more results will follow over time, and they will become greater.  It’s a good thing that I’ve become and addict and bodybuilding.  Cause it includes everything from eating healthy foods and keeping my health up to lifting weights to add strength and muscle to doing cardio to cut away fat and stay even more healthy, (if you can say that).

I’m super excited that I’ve found a place that I can be at, have peace, and push myself to limits to become better a person mentally and physically, the gym.

Changes

Well its time to change my life.  A new year at school, but the same life.  So im making changes.  No ALCOHOL period.  That is probably one of the best changes I could do.  Second, is a healthier eating style.  And third is going to the gym and working out, which I love.  I dont go cause I force myself, I love it!  The pump I get going is amazing!

There is nothing better than to see changes in my life, for the better.  Ive already noticed a difference in my body shape and my overall health.  I feel better than I ever have.  These are the changes I am doing

-Drinking at least 1 gallon of water per day, trying to get 1.5 - 2 gallons.
-Eating between 5-8 meals per day, all healthy and loaded with protein.  Never been happier eating!
-Working out at the gym 4 days per week, because of conflicts with work and school, that is all the time I have to make it in there and get a good workout.
-Getting lots of sleep.  I know that is key to building muscle and good for overall health.

I will keep you updated on my status with pictures and more to the blog.  Go hit it heavy!
