ok i completly missed the boat on bein shreaded by my b-day. been frustrated with my bad sciatic nerve, so still havent been able to do legs or cardio for well over a month right now. maintained my diet for most of that time but said screw it and gave myself almost a cheat week and ate foods i havent in months. got that out of my system and my diet is 100% back on track! wasnt able to maintain before on diet alone so may have to tweak it a little bit around this time to dial it back in
