Struggling with carbs (my food for life english muffin) and lots natty peanut butter. I hope this week away from the peanut butter subsides my cravings for it again. I just havent cared lately. I am trying, but if i eat a cookie or peanut butter im just like, all well… I really need some $$ so i can sign up for this comp to get me motivated again. This week at the in laws im gonna re focus and take a breather. No macro counting, but plan to eat pretty clean.
